RKKVC

RKKVC is a private early-stage venture capital fund focused on partnering with European company founders who aim to create impactful startups. Their strategy centers around technologies that benefit people and the planet. They aim to be the first point of contact for these founders, supporting them through the critical early years of building a high-growth business. Recognizing the challenges inherent in this phase, RKKVC provides customized support tailored to each portfolio company's specific needs. The fund emphasizes flexibility in investment criteria due to its independence. However, they adhere to a core strategy involving transparent practices and collaboration. They are committed to upholding positive market standards in their dealings, avoiding legal tricks or hidden clauses in transaction agreements. They actively seek co-investment opportunities, acting as lead, co-lead, or minor investors, and leverage their network of other investors to support their portfolio companies. RKKVC positions itself as a founder-centric fund, prioritizing the interests of the entrepreneurs they back. They offer more than just capital, providing 'smart money' through regular meetings, problem-solving assistance, knowledge sharing, and access to their network. This hands-on approach ensures that founders receive ongoing support and guidance, preventing them from facing challenges alone. The fund's investment decisions are driven by a desire to provide meaningful support, focusing on industries where they possess relevant expertise and can actively contribute to the company's development.
