Refund Policy
Effective: February 2026
1. General
GRID is a B2B SaaS platform offered exclusively to entrepreneurs and legal entities. As a business customer, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. The following conditions govern all refund requests.
2. Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the current billing period already paid. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
3. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions have a minimum term of 12 months. Early termination does not entitle the customer to a refund of the remaining subscription fees, unless the Provider is in material breach of contract.
4. Exceptional Refunds
We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following cases:
- Technical failure that prevented use of the platform for an extended period (> 72 hours) due to a fault attributable to the Provider
- Duplicate charge due to payment processing error
- Written request within 14 days of initial subscription for first-time customers who were unable to use the platform
5. How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request to [email protected] including your account email, subscription type, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Mollie B.V. to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
