Despite strong startup formation and seed activity, only a small percentage of seed-funded startups in Turkey raise a Series A, compared to leading European markets. Fund III is intentionally structured to bridge this gap by deploying significant capital into this crucial stage of growth. In addition to Series A/B investments, Revo Capital allocates a portion of its fund to a dedicated Seed Pocket, making pre-seed and seed investments to build early conviction, secure pro-rata rights, and potentially lead the Series A rounds later on. Revo prefers to be an early institutional believer, frequently investing in a company's first institutional round while selectively partnering with strong regional or global investors when that structure best supports long-term value creation.
