Inlandsinnovation

Inlandsinnovation was a state-owned venture capital company that was incorporated under Saminvest in 2017. Its operations were financed by capital from Inlandsinnovation and Fouriertransform, two state venture capital companies. At the time of the formation of the group, assets corresponding to approximately five billion SEK were transferred via the subsidiaries. Inlandsinnovation managed its directly owned portfolio companies from previous investments until they were wound down. The capital released through sales proceeds has been transferred to fund operations. Until Inlandsinnovation's portfolios were divested, Saminvest worked to ensure businesslike management and increased value creation in the portfolio companies. After the group formation in 2017, there were 67 direct holdings. By the end of the first quarter of 2024, all holdings were divested.
