Their investment strategy aims to foster Helen's position as a leading European energy company by supporting innovative companies contributing to the clean energy transition. As of June 1, 2025, the management of Helen Ventures' portfolio companies will be transferred to Redstone Nordics under a service agreement. This transition involves the Helen Ventures team joining Redstone's organization, leveraging Redstone's expertise and network to drive the success of the portfolio companies. The rationale behind this transition is to provide the portfolio companies with enhanced support through Redstone's deep market knowledge and extensive co-investor network. Helen Oy believes that Redstone is an excellent partner to continue the development and growth of their portfolio companies. This shift signifies a strategic evolution for Helen Ventures, indicating a move towards a collaborative model where the expertise of a dedicated VC firm like Redstone Nordics is leveraged to accelerate the growth of their existing investments.
