Founded by Julie Leroy and Maxime Paradis, the firm evolved from supporting over 100 startup founders from university to creating a dedicated VC fund in 2021. They aim to support Next-Gen Founders. G. Ventures brings together talented, innovative, and passionate students from diverse backgrounds across French university campuses. They believe students are uniquely positioned to challenge the status quo and invest in both Minimum Viable Products and Brilliant Ideas that need their help to become a reality. G. Ventures accelerates student founders' potential and ideas through a 5-month program, support from world-class mentors, a portfolio of resources, and a robust training process, helping them raise their seed round. The firm strategically invests early-stage in student ventures, providing a €50,000 investment with founder-friendly terms, bridging a critical early-stage financing gap. They are building an extensive and diverse network of young leaders across France. The firm also provides access to +€100,000 in grants & debt, +€100,000 in perks, with an aim to lead founders to Seed / Series A funding. G. Ventures' approach includes selective recruitment of student investors with diverse backgrounds and expertise.
