DIALECTIC assigns two specialist agents to every pitch deck: one building the investment case, one tearing it apart. Each dimension — team, market, traction, differentiation, and six more — gets scored, argued, and cross-examined.

The verdict is a confidence-weighted output, not a score average. A startup can score 8/10 on product and still receive PASS if traction is missing — because that's what a real VC would do.
